liability company, as more particularly described on Exhibit C attached hereto.
3. As the surviving entity of the Merger, Woodridge College Station I, LLC, a
Delaware limited liability company, is the owner of that certain real property located in Brazos
County, Texas, formerly owned by Woodridge College Station III, LLC, a Delaware limited
liability company, as more particularly described on Exhibit D attached hereto.
4. As the surviving entity of the Merger; Woodridge College Station 1, LLC, a
Delaware limited liability company, is the owner of that certain real property located in Brazos
County, Texas, formerly owned by Woodridge College Station IV, LLC, a Delaware limited
liability company; as more particularly described on Exhibit E attached hereto.
