Site Development: Vacant. Nine residential lots are proposed, ranging from 1 acre to 1.54 acres. COMMENTS Parkland Dedication: This development was approved as a Master Plan in the ETJ prior to parkland dedication requirements being applicable in the ETJ; therefore, no parkland dedication is required. Greenways: No greenway dedication is proposed or required. Pedestrian Connectivity: This tract is located in the ETJ and no specific facilities for Pedestrian connectivity are proposed or required. Bicycle Connectivity: This tract is located in the ETJ and no specific facilities for bicycle connectivity are proposed or required. Impact Fees: N/A REVIEW CRITERIA Compliance with the Unified Development Ordinance: This Final Plat is in compliance with Article 8, Subdivision Design and Improvements, of the Unified Development Ordinance, as well as the approved Preliminary Plat.
