[936] 637- � FAX [936] 637E330 330 ENGINEERS • ARCHITECTS • SURVEYORS CENTRAL TEXAS OFFICE [979] 776-9700 FAX [979] 776-3936 RE: LETTER ACKNOWLEDGING CITY STANDARDS The Barracks II — Phase 103 & 104, College Station, TX Dear Ms. Singh: The purpose of this letter is to acknowledge that the construction plans for the water, sanitary sewer, streets and drainage for the above -referenced project, to the best of my knowledge, do not deviate from the B/CS Design Guideline Manual except for the following: • As agreed upon with City staff, structural backfill is not being provided for waterline constructed within 5' of proposed sidewalks, only under trash pads, sidewalks, and roadways; I also acknowledge, to the best of my knowledge that the details provided in the construction plans are in accordance with the Bryan/College Station Standard Details.
