The following is the preliminary list of items needed to complete the submittal so that staff may conduct a thorough review. Please submit the following information by 10 a.m. on any Monday for review that week: Submit the building elevations for the Non -Residential Architecture Review Submit the $600 Development Permit application fee for the site plan. The Development Permit fee for the final plat (12-18) was for the plat -related review and infrastructure. This fee is for this application which is a separate permit and review. Please be aware that if this application is not completed before Monday, June 4, 2012, it will expire and a new application and fees will be necessary to continue the site development process. Please note that I will be out of the office from Friday, April 13U,through Wednesday, April 18th.
