ENGINEERING COMMENTS NO. 1
1. Please designate the boundary with a solid bold line.
2. Please clearly differentiate between public and private utilities.
3. Please label the contour elevations.
4. Please add a note stating whether the site lies within a FEMA designated floodplain and
reference the FIRM panel number.
5. It is very difficult to differentiate between all of the linetypes. Please make sure
everything is clearly labeled. It might also help to have multiple sheets, so all the
information is not on a single sheet. Some information could also be omitted, for
instance, we do not need to see striping on the football field. Removing some of these
lines may make the plan easier to read.
6. What are the two rectangles west of the stadium? These were not labeled on the site
plan either.
7. The boundary does not close.
8. Please label the detention pond.
9. Please tie a corner of the property to a City of College Station Monument.
10. Please label the creek.
11. Please show the base flood limits.
12. If the right-of-way for Victoria has already been dedicated, the boundary line should
reflect this. The same applies for Barron, it appears the right of way is shown as less
than 90'?
13. Please provide public access easements for the multi -use path.
14. A 20' public utility easement is required along the rear lot lines (opposite Victoria and
Barron).

ELECTRICAL COMMENTS REQUIRING IMMEDIATE ATTENTION
1. EASEMENTS: Developer provides descriptive easements for electric infrastructure as
designed by CSU, as shown on plat or site plan.
2. Final Plat as submitted for review does not specifically show underground primary electric
routes. Electric primary may be within the boundaries of the 15' PUE that runs from Victoria
to Barron Rd and shows a water line route. This will need to be verified unless other
documentation exists that shows electric primary has a separate PUE.
GENERAL ELECTRICAL COMMENTS
1. To discuss any of the above electrical comments please contact Gilbert Martinez at
