Bicycle Connectivity: Bicycle lanes are striped along Barron Road and Victoria Avenue. Impact Fees: N/A REVIEW CRITERIA Compliance with Subdivision Regulations: The Final Plat complies with the portion of the Subdivision Regulations relevant to Independent School Districts. The easements necessary for the development of College Station High School and the right-of-way for Victoria Avenue, a minor collector, are being dedicated with the plat.
