Staff reviewed the above -mentioned engineering documents as requested. The following page
is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the
comments and submit the following information by any Monday at 10:00 a.m. for further staff
review and approval of the plans:
One (1) set of revised construction documents.
Please note that the Development Permit Balance (Public Infrastructure Review and Inspection
Fee), will be calculated and requested once the construction documents and engineer's
estimates have been reviewed and approved.

Staff reviewed the above -mentioned engineering documents as requested. The following page

2. Please submit a letter acknowledging City Standards.
3. Please submit an erosion control plan.
It appears that Lot 12R has an extra sanitary sewer service.
GI9' It appears that Lot 18R does not have a sanitary sewer service.
!A�. Please clearly label all the existing services which will remain, so there is no confusion.
In order to abandon the water services, the services will need to be removed up to the
t pping saddle and the corporation stop turned off at the saddle.
✓ in order to abandon the sanitary sewer services, the services will need to be removed and
capped at the main. Please make sure the plans reflect these requirements.
1Services will not be able to cross lot lines. The old services will need to be abandoned and
new ones installed (reference labels 1 & 6).
