Southeast corner of the called 107.349 acre (net) Tract 7, described in the above mentioned Volume 1454,
Page 187, of the Official Records of Brazos County, Texas, and same being the Southwest corner of the
South end of Cherokee Drive (60' wide right-of-way) according to the plat of Indian Oaks Subdivision
recorded in Volume 361, Page 593, of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, from which a crosstie fence
corner bears S 63" 17' 52" W -1.3 feet;
THENCE S 51Q 22' 23" W across the before mentioned 152.93 acre tract for a distance of 3590.36 feet to a
3/8" iron rod found at a 6" cedar post fence corner marking the Southwest corner of the 152.93 acre
tract;
