NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is to notify you that the City of College Station is considering an EASEMENT
ABANDONMENT request for the following property:
Applicant: STEWART KLING
Project Number: 13-00900047
Subject Property: 1401 UNIVERSITY DRIVE EAST
(See attached location map.)
The City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the request on Thursday, April 11, 2013,
at 7:00 p.m. The public hearing will be held in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 1101
Texas Avenue, College Station, Texas.
All owners of the subject property and property owners within 200 feet of the subject property
have received notification of this request.
