The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. If all comments have been addressed and the following information submitted on any Monday by 10:00 a.m., your project will be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting held in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. One (1) 24"x36" copy of the revised final plat; Parkland Dedication for duplexes will be assessed prior to the issuance of building permits; One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat (required after Staff approval); and One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to: pdsd ig italsu bmittaICa)cstx.gov. Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please note that this application will expire in 90 days from the date of this memo, if the applicant has not provided written response comments and revised documents to the Administrator that seek to address the staff review comments contained herein. Structures that encroach into the setbacks of the proposed lot lines must be removed prior to filing the final plat for record at the court house. This s a condition of approval for the Minor Plat. 2. The Certificate of Planning and Zoning Commission needs to be replace with the Certificate of City Planner since the plat is being processed as a Minor Plat. 3. Though it appears there is not a file plat on record for these properties, please show the existing building plot configuration as if it were being processed as a replat. 4. The property line pop -out shown on the survey is not recognized by the Brazos County Appraisal District. Please contact BCAD to remedy the situation. 5. Parkland dedication will be assessed prior to the issuance of a building permit for each duplex. 6.
