The first 2 stories would need at least 25%stone/brick and the stucco could not be more than 75%for the entire facade (all stories). Note that windows and doors are included in determining calculations. I would caution that you will need to be aware of the architectural details that are being provided. Two different details must be provided for every 25 foot section for this particular facade on Tauber. As part of the previous review, the brick string course that ran the entire length of the facade was counted many times as an architectural element. The previous material costs were not cost effective.
