Subject: RE: Northgate Proper Apartments - Revised building material
Deven,
It is possible for it to work, depending on what the percentages are for the materials. The first 2 stories would need at
least 25%stone/brick and the stucco could not be more than 75%for the entire facade (all stories). Note that windows
and doors are included in determining calculations.
I would caution that you will need to be aware of the architectural details that are being provided. Two different details
must be provided for every 25 foot section for this particular facade on Tauber. As part of the previous review, the brick
string course that ran the entire length of the facade was counted many times as an architectural element.
If you have any more questions feel free to call or email me.
Sincerely,
Teresa

Subject: Northgate Proper Apartments - Revised building material
Teresa,
Attached is a revised elevation of the Northgate Proper Apartments. The previous material costs were not cost
effective. Could you take a look at the attached PDF and let us know if this would be acceptable, before we take the
time to resubmit the Northgate Building Review Drawings?
Thanks,
