Label the architectural elements that are used, divided up by fagade. It appears that there is only one architectural element for Elevation 2 and 3. Please refer to the list of approved architectural elements in Section 7.9.B.2 Building Mass and Design. 2. Corrugated metal may be used on roofs and awnings; however it is not an approved material for building facades. All metal used on the fagade should consist of stainless steel, chrome, standing seam metal, or premium grade architectural metal and should consist of no more than 20 percent of the fagade. Please provide a sample of the metal that will be used. 3. Verify the paint color numbers and names against the approved list in the Color Palette. The color choices appear to match colors in the palette but the names and numbers do not match. 4. Revise the number labels so that the elevations and the key plan match. 5. Include the owner's name, address, and telephone number in the title block. 6. Replace Fagade Plan Note #3 with the following note stating: All roof and ground -mounted mechanical equipment shall be screened from view or isolated so as not to be visible from any public right-of-way or residential district within 150 feet of the subject lot. Measured from a point 5 feet above grade. Such screening shall be coordinated with the building architecture and scale to maintain a unified appearance. 7.
