Laza, Registered Professional Engineer No. 65923, State of Texas, certify that the revisions contained in this Addendum #1 to the Original Drainage Report for the WESTFIELD VILLAGE SUBDIVISION, PHASE 6, were prepared by me in accordance with the provisions of the City of College Station Drainage Policy and Design Standards for the owners thereof. Kent M. Laza, P.E. No. 65923 DRAINAGE REPORT ADDENDUM#lOFTHEDRAINAGEREPORTFOR WESTFIELD VILLAGE SUBDIVISION This addendum covers the proposed drainage system for Phase 6. As stated in the original drainage report, the detention pond that was designed and constructed with Phase 1 detains the site enough to allow the runoff from phase 6 to be released with no detention. Additionally, since phase 6 is located adjacent to a primary channel as defined in the City's Drainage Policy and Design Standards no detention is required for this phase. The only additions to the original report involve sizing and alignment of the underground storm drain system and the capture of offsite runoff for Phase 6. As with the original system, the system for Phase 6 is designed for a 10-yr storm event as required by the City of College Station. The following exhibits are provided to show the revisions to the drainage system.
