PLANNING — Site Plan
1. The zoning for the adjacent properties listed on page DT-A0.0 is incorrect. The zoning
should be listed as C-1, not C-S.
2. Please verify the location of the underground gas storage tanks on the Site Plan and ensure
that there is no conflict with the ATM location.
3. Please note that any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City
of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your
plans. Any additional changes on these plans that the City has not been made aware of will
constitute a completely new review.

PLANNING — Non Residential Architectural Standards
1. Please include a North Elevation as part of your NRA submittal. It will need to show
materials as they will be placed on the fagade, along with the percentage breakdowns for
each material.
2. The material percentages listed for the West and South Elevations seem to be incorrect.
Please revise the total vertical square footage as necessary.

ENGINEERING
1. There appears to be a 20' public utility easement and a 30' access easement along the rear
property line according to the plat. Please verify this, and show correctly.
2. Please use the standard curb detail from the Site Design Standards.
3. The north arrow is not facing the correct direction.
