Dear Mr. Gibbs
Post Office Box 4234
Bryan, Texas 77805
The purpose of this letter is to acknowledge that the construction plans for the
storm sewer revisions for the above -referenced project, to the best of my
knowledge, do not deviate from the B/CS Design Guideline Manual. Any alternate
design or construction methodology that was used is listed below:
Per 08/08/2012 Meeting with Erika Bridges
1. Inlet Revision Location: Existing upstream inlet relocated to access
drive radius with 1' recess.
2. Inlet Conversion: Existing inlet boxes demo'd and converted to grate
inlets - special detail utilized.
3. Drainage computations omitted - Inlets relocated with similar size &
capacity, additional capacity provided by adding 5' inlet extension to
upstream relocated inlet and the conversion to grate inlets for
upstream and downstream existing inlet boxes.
I also acknowledge, to the best of my knowledge, that the details provided in the
construction plans are in accordance with the Bryan/College Station Standard
Details except as listed below:
Revegetation Requirements - instead of referring to B/CS
Specification 32 32 19 Seeding for Erosion Control, customized, final
hydromulch specifications for permanent erosion control included on
Erosion Control Plan.
Sincerely,
re. .
