I reviewed the above -mentioned ZBA VARIANCE application and determined it to be
incomplete. The following is the preliminary list of items needed to complete the submittal so
that staff may conduct a thorough review. Please submit the following information by 10 a.m. on
any Monday for review that week:
As stated on the application, the property owner must sign the application. If
the owner is a company, proof of authority for the company's representative to
sign the application on its behalf must also be provided.
Revise and/or complete the application by providing the property's legal
description and zoning designation on the first page and by completing the
application's questions on the second page, including the requested amount of
additional square feet of attached signs. In your request, please account for the
owner's previously approved variance of an additional 50.64 square feet of
attached signs beyond the 500 square -foot maximum, as approved by the
Zoning Board of Adjustment on February 5, 2010.
Please be aware that if this application is not completed before Monday, June 11, 2012, it will
expire and a new application and fees will be necessary to continue the variance request
process.

Staff reviewed the above -mentioned variance application as requested. Your project has been
tentatively scheduled for the next available Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) meeting on
Monday, July 9, 2012, time TBA, in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue.
The agenda and staff report for your project can be accessed at the following web site on Friday
the week before the ZBA meeting.
