Scott League, Abstract No. 50, and being an 0.986 acre tract as described by warranty deed recorded in volume 7609, page 150 of the Official Records of Brazos County, Texas, Relationship to Strategic Initiatives: N/A Recommendation(s): Staff recommends approval of the ordinance. Summary: This easement abandonment accommodates future development of the subject tract. A storm sewer main exists in the public utility easement as described above and will be removed and relocate. The City has received a cash surety to assure the completion of the storm sewer removal and re -location, as well as a temporary blanket easement to cover the storm sewer removal and re -location.
