I think we have what you need for #1 and I'll pull it together. Thanks for the other info! Kimberly From: Jennifer Prochazka <]Prochazka@cstx.gov> To: Kimberly K. Planning Comment #1 may be somewhat confusing. What I need is something from the bylaws giving you (or your position on the HOA, and then minutes electing you to that position) the ability to sign on behalf of the HOA. If your deed restrictions/bylaws are set up differently, let me know and we can work through getting the info that we need. Planning Comment #2 - yes, we have the form. It was part of the application and you had signed it. Here is the link to the application and you can have them sign just that page (pg 3). httn://www cstx gov/Modules/ShowDocument aspx?documentid=4335 Landscaping 2/3 - the comment pertains to the proposed pine tree. The existing pine trees may be counted. The comment related to the 50% is an fyi for when a new species is chosen. Alan should be able to address this. Transmittal letter: httn://www cstx gov/Modules/ShowDocument.aspx?documentid=6222 Please let me know if you have any further questions! Thanks! It looks like most of the responses/fixes will need to come from Alan King with changes to the site plans. I have forward the list to him, and he and I should be talking soon. Here are the few that I feel I can help with. I will, of course, include these with the final response, but most of these are more questions than answers at this point! PLANNING 1- In the Gateway Grant application, we had to provide signatures of 60 percent of our residents approving the signs and grant application. Barbara Moore should have this if it did not get passed along to you. This should answer this comment. PLANNING 2- Do you provide the indemnity form? Where can I get one? LANDSCAPING 2/3 - We have 2 large (> 3.5 inch caliper) existing pine trees at the Foxfire triangle location. Is there some variance for existing trees? Even though they are pines, it doesn't really make sense to change or add trees at that location. Alan and I have not had a chance to discuss this; I'm sure he has some input, too. GENERAL - How do I get a City of College Station transmittal letter? Thanks for your help and direction! To clarify, a sign is not being proposed at the corner of Poxfire Drive and Sebesta Rd, correct?
