I, Emanuel H. Glockzin, Jr., President of CRESCENT POINTE HOLDINGS, INC, Administrator of the Crescent
Pointe Protective Covenants do hereby acknowledge that I have reviewed the site plan for Lot 10R,
Block 1, Crescent Pointe Phase 2— B/CS Regional Association of Realtors, and approve of the proposed
site layout.
With respect to the proposed site parking layout; I also do hereby waive the following Covenant
requirements:
Item 6— Parking: "...parking will not be permitted or located on a building site within twenty-five (25)
feet of any other front property line or any property line adjoining a public street right-of-way. No
parking, driveways, or other paving still be located within ten (10) feet of side or rear property lines not
adjoining public street right of way."
In lieu of waived parking setback requirements, the site is to meet City of College Station minimum
parking setback requirements.
