Glockzin, Jr., President of CRESCENT POINTE HOLDINGS, INC, Administrator of the Crescent Pointe Protective Covenants do hereby acknowledge that I have reviewed the site plan for Lot 10R, Block 1, Crescent Pointe Phase 2— B/CS Regional Association of Realtors, and approve of the proposed site layout. With respect to the proposed site parking layout; I also do hereby waive the following Covenant requirements: Item 6— Parking: "...parking will not be permitted or located on a building site within twenty-five (25) feet of any other front property line or any property line adjoining a public street right-of-way. No parking, driveways, or other paving still be located within ten (10) feet of side or rear property lines not adjoining public street right of way."
