If all comments have been addressed and supporting documentation is submitted by 10:00 am, Monday, March 12, 2012, your project will remain on the schedule for the next available Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) meeting on Tuesday, April 3, 2012, 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. Please provide the following: Revised application, as described in the attached comments; Ten (10) copies of supporting materials, as described in the attached comments. The agenda and staff report for your project can be accessed at the following web site on Friday the week before the ZBA meeting. http://www.cstx.gov/zba Please note that as a courtesy the City of College Station will put out and pick up public hearing signs prior to and following the ZBA meeting. The following is the preliminary list of items needed to complete the submittal so that staff may conduct a thorough review. Please submit the following information by 10 a.m. on any Monday for review that week: It appears this property is owned by PEM University S LP ETAL. Provide Proof of that Principle Equity Properties may sign the application on behalf of the owner and if not, obtain the signature from the owner with documents for that individual may sign on behalf of the corporation. If documents are provided that give signature authority to Principle Equity Properties, provide proof of authority for Michelle Ackerman to sign on behalf of them. Please be aware that if this application is not completed before Monday, April 9, 2012, it will expire and a new application and fees will be necessary to continue the variance process.
