CASTLE ROCK SUBDIVISION, PHASE 2A
COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS
Dear Ms. Cotter:
The purpose of this letter is to acknowledge any deviations from the B/CS Design

following deviations are hereby noted:
1. The length of the 6" water line along Hollow Stone Drive is 851 feet, which
exceeds th e maximum length of 800 fee t for 6" lines not c01mected on both ends

connection is made, the line will fall within the 1500 ft maxim um length allowed
for 6" lin es in the guidelines.
No other deviations to the Design Guidelines were used in th e design. I also
ackno wledge th at, to the best of my knowledge, the detail s provided in the construction
plans are in accordance with the B/CS Stand ard Details.
Sincerely,
Ken~~
