This commercial office development ( <1 acre is size) is designed in accordance with the approved Master Plan and Preliminary Plat cif the Creek Meadows subdivision. At full construction of Section 1 C, there will be a regional 1etention facility and underground stormwater infrastructure to properly mitigate the increased stormwater runoff generated by this development and subsequent phases of Section 1 C (the detention facility is located in Phase Two of this Section). However, no detention ponds or stormwater infrastructure is proposed for this phase of construction. RME Consulting Engineers believes that the increased runoff generated by the proposed improvements is negligible and therefore should not require an individual stormwater facility.
