Staff reviewed the above -mentioned Non -Residential Architectural plans as requested. The
following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed.
Please address the comments and submit the following information by any Monday at 10:00
a.m. for further staff review:

PLANNING
1. Per the Non -Residential Architectural Standards checklist, please provide the following on
all sheets:
• The address of the site;
• The name address, and telephone number of the applicant, property owner, and
architect/engineer.
2. Please provide paint color samples to show red and silver.
3. Please provide a site location map to show which sides are facing the right of way.
4. Please make a table to show materials used, total square footages, and percentage of
facade.
5. Keyed Note #1 a does not appear to be labeled. Please revise.
6. Per Section 7.9 of the Unified Development Ordinance, two architectural features are
required for every 45 feet of facades facing the right of way and every 60 feet for all others.
Please show that this requirement has been met. The front and rear elevations will require
2 elements every 60 foot section.
7. Please revise the front elevation scale to show 1/8" = 1'0".

1. Please provide an orientation map for the site that corresponds with the title of each
elevation.
2. Please label the elevations that are facing the Right of Way.
3. Please remove the roof from the materials list as this is not required and revise the
percentage totals.
4. Please include the paint number in the colors list.
5. Per Section 7.10 of the Unified Development Ordinance, two architectural features are
required for every 45 feet of facades facing the right of way and every 60 feet for all others.
Please show that this requirement has been met on the North and South elevations.
6. Please be aware that attached signage will be permitted separately. The allowed area of
the sign is based on the linear footage of the entry fagade x 2.5.
