The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Per the Non -Residential Architectural Standards checklist, please provide the following on all sheets: • The address of the site; • The name address, and telephone number of the applicant, property owner, and architect/engineer. 2. Please provide paint color samples to show red and silver. 3. Please provide a site location map to show which sides are facing the right of way. 4. Please make a table to show materials used, total square footages, and percentage of facade. 5. Keyed Note #1 a does not appear to be labeled. Please revise. 6. Per Section 7.9 of the Unified Development Ordinance, two architectural features are required for every 45 feet of facades facing the right of way and every 60 feet for all others. Please show that this requirement has been met. The front and rear elevations will require 2 elements every 60 foot section. 7. Please revise the front elevation scale to show 1/8" = 1'0".
