I reviewed the above -mentioned PRELIMINARY PLAT application and determined it to be
incomplete. The following is the preliminary list of items needed to complete the submittal so
that staff may conduct a thorough review. Please submit the following information by 10 a.m. on
any Monday for review that week:
The application needs to be signed.
Please be aware that if this application is not completed before Monday, May 7, 2012, it will
expire and a new application and fees will be necessary to continue the platting process.

SUBJECT: HARPER'S CROSSING (PP) - Preliminary Plan
Staff reviewed the above -mentioned preliminary plat as requested. The following page is a list
of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Once all comments have
been addressed and the following information submitted by 10:00 a.m. on any Monday, your
project will be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting:
One (1) 24" x 36" copy of the revised Preliminary Plan; and
Thirteen (13) 11"x 17" copies of the revised Preliminary Plan.
Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be
considered formally filed with the City of College Station. If all comments have not been
addressed your project will not be scheduled for a Planning & Zoning Commission meeting.
Your project may be placed on a future agenda once all the revisions have been made. Once
your item has been scheduled for the P&Z meeting, the agenda and staff report can be
accessed at the following web site on Monday the week of the P&Z meeting.

Please note that a Mylar original of the revised preliminary plan will be required after P&Z
approval and prior to processing subsequent final plats. If you have any questions or need

1. Please show the site address and number of lots in the title block.
2. Please remove the proposed zoning. Show the current zoning of the plat including that of
the abutting parcels.
3. FYI — a cross access easement will be required for development of the site.
4. Please submit a revised application that will not included the waiver request as it is included
in the rezoning process.
