It is immediately adjacent to Spring Creek Townhomes, Phase 1 and Spring Creek Gardens, Phase 2. The subdivision has 20 lots along Whispering Creek Drive and Whispering Court. Exhibit B -Water System Schematic Exhibit C -Sunu11ary of Results -Domestic Flow Exhibit D -Summary of Results -Fire Flow Water System Conclusion Due to the proximity of this subdivision to the Greens Prairie Water Tower, water pressures in the area are very high, so the required pressure and flowrates are easily met within the subdivision. The water system for the short extension of street with this subdivi sion consists of a 3" line. Fire coverage is provided by an 8" line and hydrant that were built with Spring Creek Gardens, Phase 2 adjacent to this subdivision. The proposed water system for Spring Creek Townhomes, Phase 4 meets or exceeds all of the design criteria for the City of College Station. SEWER SYSTEM ANALYSIS Sewer service for Spring Creek Townhomes, Phase 4 is provided by an existing 18" line that lies within the right-of-way of Whispering Court Drive. The line was installed by the City of College Station as part of the Spring Creek Sewer Project approximately 5 years ago. The tract of land where the subdivision lies is within the service area of the 18" line. It was designed to serve this area and is easily capable of carrying the small flows that the subdivision produces. No analysis was performed on this system. Servic e taps onto the 18" line were made with the construction of Spring Creek Gardens, Phase 2. No additional sewer construction is anticipated with this phase of the subdivision. ll /l !S /ZUU4 lb :ZZ l'J\A UI U t b 'I .>q :J<: /1,1 ( College Station Utilities ~ Reliable, Affordable, Community Owm.•d 1601 GRAHAM ROAD COLLEGE STATION TEXAS 77845 Date: 18 NOVEMBER 2004 Number pages including cover sheet - 1 Fax to: 764-7759 Attention: JOE SCHULTZ Company: TEXCON From: Butch Willis Water Wastewater Division Phone: 979-764-3435 Fax: 979-764-3452 FLOW TEST REPORT Nozzle size: 2.5 inch Location: ALEXANDRIA AT DECATUR Flow hydrant number: R-048 Pitot reading: 80 (GPM): 1500 Static hydrant number: R-046 Static PSI: 104 Residual PSI: 102 Exhibit A SC2-2 E xhibit B \Jo. terCAD Model \Jo. ter Syster1 Scher10. tic SC2-1 FH 1 ~-~ C',,_, {-v:> • oi. co SClB-1 x.,'C' SC4 -1 Q.,0-~ Tested FH Deco_ tur @ Alexo_ndrio_ SC4-2 , ' Exhibit C Spring Creek Townhomes, Phase 4 Water System Analysis -DOMESTIC FLOW May 3, 2006 Water CAD JUNCTION SUMMARY ~ C•loulot<d Label Elevation Demand Hydraulic Pressure Grade --------1--ft - ft psi FH 1 276 9.00 527.43 108.78 SClB-1 276 0.00 527.43 108.78 SC2-l 281 69.00 527.44 106.62 SC2-2 279 3.00 527.44 107.49 SC4-l 273 6.00 527.43 110.08* SC4-2 270 21.00 527.15 111.26 * Lowest Pressure in Phase 4 '· Exhibit D Spring Creek Townhomes, Phase 4 Water System Analysis -FIRE FLOW May 3, 2006 Water CAD PIPE SUMMARY I Label ~ ~ I Hazen- Length .
