These 50 residential lots will flow into the existing 8"sewer lines and the proposed 6" sewer lines which are an extension of an existing 8" sewer line that was constructed with the development of Phase 1 of The Barracks Subdivision. The sewer services for Lots 32 and 33, Block 2 will connect to the existing 12 ' sewer line adjacent to this Phase. Townhome residential Primary Sewer Outfall: An existing 12" sewer line on the Haupt tract along the north line of this subdivision which was constructed for the Williamsgate Subdivision. The proposed 6 " lines.flow into an existing 8" line previously constructed that was designed for the flow from this development. The analysis in Exhibit A checks the calculated slope required to pass the estimated flow against the design slope shown on the plans.
