mrs cotter
The check that you recieved for $7260 is for bonding the vegatation in castlegate 2 sec 201. We will be
replanting the grass in the next day or two. Hopefully, we will have some growth shortly after that. We will be
responsible for removing any sediment that may get deposited in the public storm system before our grass is
established.
thanks

Hi Dusty,
I understand you are wanting to close on some lots soon, and that vegetation is the only thing outstanding on the
project for Letter of Completion. We will accept a bond/check for 150% of the amount required to re -vegetate
the site. The letter to accompany the surety needs to say what the money is for and your timeframe for getting it
done. Letter also needs to acknowledge that you will be responsible for removing any sediment that may get
deposited in the public storm system ahead of the grass getting established. Once we receive the bond and
attending letter, we can issue the LOC.
Please call me if you have any questions,
Carol L. Cotter, P.E.
