I meet with the City this morning and ironed out all my questions with this development. It was pleasantly
smooth. Two questions:
1. 1 will need some alternative names for Long Brook Court. Give me a couple in order of "desire'
and we will see what are acceptable;
2. The only green space that the City would like to "regain" is that along Creek Meadows Blvd. If we
push them on it I think they would be satisfied with what is currently planned; however, as a
showing of trying to meet in the middle I was going to look and see if 3' to 5' could be taken from
Lots 7, Block 2 & Lot 1, Block 3. Do you have ANY idea what building footprint might be desirable
of these lots. It would allow me to plot something out, with building setbacks, and not dedicate
too much and be detrimental to the lots.
