SUBJECT: SEVEN SEVENTEEN (SP/NG)
Thank you for the submittal of additional documents for your SITE PLAN and NORTHGATE
BUILDING REVIEW applications. This project will be distributed to staff this week for their
review.
Please note that while this project is being forwarded for review, there are a number of
engineering -related documents and reports that are still outstanding and that will need to be
provided in the future for a complete staff review of the applicable ordinances and for this
project to be able to be approved.

SUBJECT: Seven Seventeen — NG Review
Staff reviewed the above -mentioned Non -Residential Architectural plans as requested. The
following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed.
Please address the comments and submit the following information by any Monday at 10:00
a.m. for further staff review:
One (1) revised set of elevation drawings (if applicable)
Color Samples
Photos of exterior light fixtures
Please note that this application will expire in 90 days from the date of this memo, if the
applicant has not provided written response comments and revised documents to the
Administrator that seek to address the staff review comments contained herein. If there are
comments that you are not addressing with the revised elevations, please attach a letter
explaining the details. If you have any questions or need additional information, please call me
at 979.764.3570.

PLANNING
1. Please provide the square footage and percentage of each proposed color on each fagade
that complies with the College Station Color Palette. Please provide color samples of
selected colors.
2. Please provide the percentage of each material and the transparency of each fagade.
FYI... stucco/EIFS may be used up to 75% of each entire fagade (not just the first 28 vertical
feet).
3. The University Drive and Church Avenue (facing Taco Bell) facades are both considered
Primary Entrance facades and must have a public entrance.
4. The first 25-foot portion of the Church Avenue fagade on Sheet SD8 is lacking one
architectural relief element.
5. The last 25-foot portion of the West fagade on Sheet SDI is lacking one architectural relief
element.
6. Please identify the material being used for parking screening. This material needs to be
included in the materials legend.

2. Due to the changes in elevations, please provide the percentage the transparency of each
fagade between 0'-8'. The south and east facades must be 50% transparent and the north
fagade must be 30%.
3. The last 25-foot portion of the West fagade on Sheet SD10 is lacking one architectural relief
element. A string course is identifiable as one.
