This is to notify you that the City of College Station is considering a REZONING
request for the following property:

Proposed Zoning/Use: C-1 General Commercial to POD Planned Development
District
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May
31 2012, at 7:00 p.m. to consider the request. The City Council will also hold a
public hearing to consider the request and the Commission's recommendation on
Thursday, May 24, 2012, at 7:00 p.m. The public hearing will be held in the City
