Keith,
I went by there today and they are not close to having finished the landscaping. The big thing is the area south of the
site, the sloped area where their equipment is parked. I can work this one myself it you want orjust put a general
statement of re -vegetation and I will follow-up.

No impact on channel function certification letter
This letter certifies that the rip rap and turf mat to be Installed at the outfall of the storm
sewer system will be installed at grade and have no impact on channel function.

Detention exemption letter in accordance with Section II.C,3.b. of the Unified Stormwater
Design Guidelines
I have conducted a topographic review and field investigation of the existing and proposed
flow patterns for storm water runoff from (Ae Rent Storages to the main stream of (Wolf Pen Creek).
At build -out conditions allowable by zoning, restrictive covenant, or plat note, the storm water flows
from the subject subdivision or site project will not cause any increase in flooding conditions to the
interior of existing building structures, including basement areas, for storms of magnitude up through
the 100-year event.

The exemption that applies to this development:
(4). Draining to Designated Streams At locations included in the drainage watersheds of certain streams
stipulated as not requiring detention in Table B-2** in Appendix B, provided Type 2 Detention is not
needed for managing property -to property stormf low.
The actual table showing the Detention requirements by watershed is Appendix B Table B-1
(see attached).
