NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING This is to notify you that the City of College Station is considering a Rezoning request for the following property: Applicant: Project Number: Edsel Jones 11-00500201 Subject Property: 103 North Dowling Road (See attached location map.) Proposed Zoning/Use: A-O Agricultural Open, C-3 Light Commercial, and A-P Administrative Professional to PDD Planned Development District The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 19, 2012, at 7:00 p.m. to consider the request.
