Staff reviewed the above -mentioned Non -Residential Architectural plans as requested. The
following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed.
Please address the comments and submit the following information by any Monday at 10:00
a.m. for further staff review:
One (1) revised set of elevation drawings
Color Sample (if applicable)
Please note that this application will expire in 90 days from the date of this memo, if the
applicant has not provided written response comments and revised documents to the
Administrator that seek to address the staff review comments contained herein. If there are
comments that you are not addressing with the revised elevations, please attach a letter
explaining the details. If you have any questions or need additional information, please call me

lighting must comply with the College Station Color Palette or should be identified as an
accent color.
Provide material an elevations of the patio.

6. Please add a note stating this property, Lots 1-9, Block 3B (part of Block 3) of College Hills
is considered one building plot for the purpose of landscaping, signage and Non -Residential
Architectural Standards (NRA).

�T. Please provide color of neon lighting. Should it match a color from the College Station Color
Palette, identify which color. This can also be considered an accent color since it is less than
fifteen percent (15%) per fapade.
�/2. Provide elevations to all sides of the patio.
,/8. Parking configuration should remain as it exists. Re -stripping spaces is permitted without a
site plan application. It appears the parking in the rear of the site is being reconfigured and
end islands are being added.
