The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information by Monday, DATE, at 10:00 a.m. for further staff review and approval of the plans: One (1) set of revised construction documents. Please note that the Development Permit Balance (Public Infrastructure Review and Inspection Fee), will be calculated and requested once the construction documents and engineer's estimates have been reviewed and approved. If you have any questions or need additional information, please call Erika Bridges at 979.764.3570. Attachments: Staff review comments PC: Case File No. 11-500184 ENGINEERING COMMENTS NO. 2 1. FYI ... A Development Permit Fee in the amount of 1% of the total public infrastructure cost is required. The remaining balance based on the cost estimate is $1,334.61. 2. FYI...Offsite easements need to be dedicated prior to issuance of the Letter of Completion or Certificate of Occupancy. 3. C4.0 — Please identify how the private drive will be terminated. There should at least be a Type III barricade at the end in the interim between developments. 4. C6.0 — Please add an Inlet Protection Barrier at the outfall to the creek. 5. C7.4 — Please provide 3 valves at the 12x8 cross. 6. C7.4 — Show and label the proposed fire hydrant in profile. 7. C7.5 — Add a note regarding TCEQ water and sanitary sewer crossing requirements and note locations where these rules will be applicable. 8. C7.5 — It looks like there are several discrepancies between the plan and profile. Please revise. 9. C7.6 — Please show an outfall treatment for the 42-inch storm sewer pipe. 10. C7.7 — Please match soffits. 11. C7.6/7.7 — If there is less than 2-ft of cover over the storm, the pipe needs to be Class IV RCP. 12. Drainage — Please provide additional information on assumptions made to size the storm sewer pipes. 13. Drainage —What was the basis for the projected HGL? 14.
