We are ready to release the remaining $10,000 surety of the original $123,461 for the Tower Point Phase 12
development. Please see the attached letter for Weiner Development's new address where the funds should be sent.

Erika, we respectfully request that the remaining $10,000 held as bond security be sent to us. All work, inspection and
testing have been completed and we believe we have met all the requirements necessary for refund of the amount
submitted to the City for this project. Please contact me of you have any questions and could you confirm the refund is
being processed.
I have attached a letter sent to Alan regarding our change of address. We ask that you direct the Accounting Office to
send to our new address. As always, thanks for you assistance regarding this matter.
