The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. If all comments have been addressed and the following information submitted by Monday, December 19, 2011, 10:00 a.m., your project will be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for Thursday, January 5, 2011, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. One (1) 24"x36" copy of the revised final plat; Thirteen (13) 11"x17" copies of the revised final plat; The amount of $7,651.39 must be paid and new certified tax certificates submitted prior to the filing of the final plat; One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to mtrevino@cstx.gov; and The Mylar original of the revised final plat with the owner and County Judge's signatures (will be required after the County's approval). Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please submit a lot grading plan with the construction plans. 5. FYI... Public infrastructure plans are required to be approved prior to the plat being forwarded to P&Z for approval. Infrastructure must be built prior to filing the final plat. 6. Please label the existing 10-ft PUE bordering the rear of lots 10-14. 7. Please label the proposed 20-ft PUE along the side of lots 9 & 10. 8. Please label the existing Electrical Easement on Lot 10. 9. Please label the proposed 16-ft PUE along the side of lots 7 & 8. 10. It looks like the 1550 gpm demand is not being applied at the individual hydrant referenced in the titles. In Exhibit F, if the domestic and fire flow demands were applied to FH-5, what would happen to the velocity in P-7? Velocities less than 12 fps need to be maintained. 2. (Repeat) A TxDOT permit will be required for the proposed decel lane and waterline tie-in along FM60. As a reminder, plans will not be approved prior to TxDOT permit approval. 3. (Repeat) WL Sh.2-4 — Please verify that the waterline and fire hydrants are at least 5.5-ft from the edge of the PUE. If not please provide additional PUE. It looks like some of the fire hydrants are not meeting this. 4. Sh.7 — The tie-in to the 6-inch waterline along FM 60 is labeled as a TS&V in profile and a tee in plan view and on the cost estimate. 5. Drainage Report — Please provide the design analysis of the proposed ditches. 6. Please provide an electrical layout including transformer and conduit locations.
