The peak water demand was calculated in accordance with the 2009
International Plumbing Code, Tables E103.3(2) and E103.3(3). The additional
fixture unit count of 191.25 was determined for this building, and values are
shown below in Table One.

The peak water demand (based on 200 fixture units) for the domestic
service line and meter is 90 gallons per minute, and the average water
demand is 22.5 gallons per minute. The existing building and
proposed addition will be serve by the existing service and water
meter. The existing meter and service is capable to serving the
demand.
