I reviewed the above -mentioned SITE PLAN - COMMERCIAL application and determined it to
be incomplete. The following is the preliminary list of items needed to complete the submittal so
that staff may conduct a thorough review. Please submit the following information by 10 a.m. on
any Monday for review that week:
The application needs to be signed by the applicant.
Please be aware that if this application is not completed before Monday, November 28, 2011, it
will expire and a new application and fees will be necessary to continue the site planning
process.

Staff reviewed the above -mentioned Non -Residential Architectural plans as requested. The
following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed.

Please note that this application will expire in 90 days from the date of this memo, if the
applicant has not provided written response comments and revised documents to the
Administrator that seek to address the staff review comments contained herein. If there are

PLANNING
1. Please submit the elevation for the right side of the building.
2. Material samples need to be provided for approval. Please submit samples and colors of
the shingles and fagade's stone.
3. Stucco can be used for 100% of the building fagade if two colors are being used. If this is
the anticipated design, please provide color samples of what is intended to be used.
4. Per Section 7.9.6.2, two different architectural relief elements are required every 45' for
sides facing the ROW and every 60' for sides not facing the ROW. Please label which sides
this applies to.
5. There is an arrow without a label on the front elevation. Is this to label stucco? Please
revise.
6. Please provide labels showing which section of the buildings are located in Phase 1 and
which are in Phase 2.
7. The applicant's name and contact information must be added to the elevations sheet.

1. Please use a more defined line to show where phasing on all elevations.
2. Repeat: Stucco can be used for 100% of the building fagade if two colors are being used. If
this is the anticipated design for the back elevation of Phase 2, please indicate this.
3. Repeat: Per Section 7.9.13.2, two different architectural relief elements are required every
45' for sides facing the ROW and every 60' for sides not facing the ROW. The back
elevation does not show this for Phase 2 or Phase 3. Please revise.
4. Please add the owner/developer and builder information into the title block.
