I imagine they'll continue to be questions about it as we go forward since it's in an older part of the City, is redevelopment, the Meadowland abandonment, and proximity to the Plaza Hotel. As for your questions, if the last 4-plex is acquired it would also need to be rezoned from R-4 for the hotel use. PDD would be the best option to incorporate it all together as one larger project and replat. Regarding a second driveway, it is possible/available and would need to meet driveway spacing requirements (175 feet). Have a good weekend!
