The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. All of these comments are addressed in the plans as I have noted below. y) The rear fagade is exceeding the 20% maximum of metal allowed per fagade. I assume that the V metal being calculated is a cooler or something similar that s behind the screen. You can remove the stairs and screen from that calculation. RESPONSE: Stone Wall has been added at rear of building to increase percentage of masonry, thereby decreasing percentage of metal. The rear fagade is also lacking one architectural relief elements per Section 7.9.13.2 of the \4 Unified Development Ordinance. In this section, there is a list of options that can be used to satisfy this requirement. Utg. W 3) No more than 33% of the front fagade should be on the same plane, per Section 7.9.A. Minimum articulation depth is 4'. RESPONSE: Per discussion with Lauren Hovde, it was agreed that by moving the wall plane of the entry tower of the front fagade away from the building additional 2'-0", it would satisfy the requirement of the 4'-0" minimum articulation depth. on ✓4) Please add a note that all signage is permitted separately. * RESPONSE: Note has been added.
