The pond is designed in accordance with accepted engineering standards. The post development peak runoff flowrate into the adjacent property will be less than the predevelopment flowrates for all storm events. The Post development runoff from this Property for the 100-year storm event will not adversely affect the properties just downstream of this property_ CERTIFICATION "This report for the drainage design of A New Laboratory and Office Facility for TDI/Brooks International, was prepared by me in accordance with the provisions of the Bryan/College Station Unified Drainage Design Guidelines for the owners of the property.
