Project will exceed UDO streetscape and landscape requirements by 15%. 2. Project will provide public access easements over the property that will allow for pedestrian connectivity to the College Station Medical Center and the existing Southwood Athletic Park, Community Center, and Pavilion- well above what is required by the UDO. This dedication of public access to private property will encourage the use of the park and community center, and foster a flowing, neighborhood environment. 3. Were currently pursuing an option for new Brazos Transit District Bus Stop at our project.
