T7vs letter is to inform you that the above referenced property has received an administrative adjustment
of a one (1) parking space reduction from the number of parking spans required far this site (10 spaces)
by the Unified Development Ordinance, Article 7, Section 2, OffSueet parking Standards (an adjustment
of 10%).
According to the Unified Development Ordinance Section 3.17, the Administrator has the authority m
authorize adjutment of up to ten percent (10%) from any numerical zoning standard set forth in Articles
5, 6, or 7 of the Unified Development Ordnance. To approve the application for an administrative
Adjustment, the Administrator shall make an affirmative finding that specific criteria, As outlined in Section
3.17.E of the Unified Development Ordinance, have been met.
The Admausnamt has found that:
Granting the adjustment wi0 ensure the same general lean of land use compatibility as the otherwise
applicable standards because it allows the site to comply with ADA parking requiranents by
providing one required handicapped accessible parking space and associated loading area;
Granting the adjustment will not materially or adversely affect adjacent land uses or the physical
character of uses in the immediate vicinity of the proposed developmeng and
Granting the adjustment will be generally consistent with the purposes and intent of this MO
because it allows for the construction an ADA accessible parking space and associated loading area at
this site.
