Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks! Debbie I've adjusted the allocation for Fitch Park by ($805.88). That leaves a balance of $102,694.42 for staff, design, bidding and construction costs. I show a total of $1,558.77 has been booked to this project so far this year. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks! Debbie >>> Courtney Kennedy 8/23/2011 11:37 AM >>> I'd prefer to adjust the Fitch allocation, Do you think we'll be able to complete the Fitch project within the adjusted allocation? Thanks, Courtney >>> Debbie Eller 8/23/2011 10:38 AM >>> Courtney & Kris, The amount booked to this project exceeds the amount allocations. The problem is that we allocated $60,000 from the project that was to include PARD staff costs. They charged the entire $60,000 to the construction contract and spent an additional $1795 on their staff costs. We can absorb some as we did not book the expected $1250 to the project for CD staff cost. However, PARD staff costs will need to be included in the Fitch Park allocation of $103,500. Courtney - let me know your preference 1) move PARD staff costs to PARD or 2) adjust the Fitch Park allocation. Thanks! They look to be a 'standard list' of comments from the City's electric department that typically get sent out to Developers. These comments should not apply to your project as the entire installation is behind the meter. I would reply to that section of comments with something to the effect of 'Complete new installation is behind an existing CSU electric meter so these Developer commen are not applicable to this project'. Give me a call if you would like to discuss. Regards, Jeramy Pampell Senior Engineering Assistant McCord Engineering, Inc. Those comments are not in effect unless they are dated and have only one Designer's name (in this case mine) at the bottom. Please disregard those comments. It appears they are requesting the project be designed within existing easements. I assume this is the issue you are referring to? I was not aware the City needed easements for installation in parks. Doesn't the City own the park? David, What are your thoughts? Regards, Jeremy Pampell Senior Engineering Assistant McCord Engineering, Inc.
