Mr. Guerra:
Per your request I have calculated the trip counts generated by our
proposed school to be located at 205 Rock Prairie Road in College
Station, Texas.
Based on your factor of 5.19 trips per employee, when at capacity we will
staff 11 full time employees and 3 part time employees for a total trip count
of 65.
Based on your factor of 0.82 trips per student and assuming a multi -child
rate of 21 %, we can plan on a total student count of 107 when at 100%
capacity. 107 Students generates 69 trip counts.
Therefore, when combining employee trip counts and student trip counts, I
come up with a total for our school of 134 trips per hour when our school
is operating at maximum capacity.
If you require any further documentation on this or any other matter,
please feel free to contact me. On behalf of Stepping Stone School, we are
excited to continue to grow and serve your dynamic community.
Best Regards,
