we haven't set them up to get copies of the projects yet; but regardless, please make sure that the ROW and
PUEs that he is mentioning are shown on the plat.

Cathey).

Does Barron road ROW line reflect the new line?
The 10' PUE that was purchased along Barron Road is not depicted on plat (v9328/pgl86 / 25-Sept-09)
The 10' PUE along the west side of Lot 13 is not shown.
A 10' PUE along the east side of Barron Crest Drive is not shown.

After looking over the Title Report, it looks like this is one to sell a portion of the property in the future. What
we really need is the Title Report when BA Cathey, Ltd purchased the property. We do not need a Nothing
Further Certificate in this case because the Title Report submitted for the partial sale looks like it provides the
needed information. Please let me know if you have questions!
