SUBJECT: Rusty Taco - NRA Review
Staff reviewed the above -mentioned Non -Residential Architectural plans as requested. The
following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed.
Please address the comments and submit the following information by any Monday at 10:00
a.m. for further staff review:

Material Samples of CMU
Color Sample
Please note that this application will expire in 90 days from the date of this memo, if the
applicant has not provided written response comments and revised documents to the
Administrator that seek to address the staff review comments contained herein. If there are
comments that you are not addressing with the revised elevations, please attach a letter

PLANNING
1. PT-100, Blue Note, does not match any color on the College Station Color Palette and
exceeds the 10% maximum allowed for accent colors. Please submit an alternative color
sample.
2. There should be two architectural relief elements on the front and side drive facades within
the sections that are being altered.
3. The front fagade must have 50% transparency and the Stasney side must have 30%.
4. Where is PT-104, Grey Tabby, being used?
5. What color will the metal doors and window trimming be painted?
6. Please submit material samples of the CMU being proposed and divide the split-fage and
smooth CMU on the materials legend for each fagade. The different textures are allowed in
different amounts.
7. What is material and color is the roof overhang? Please add this to the material and color
legends.
8. The front fagade must consist of 25% stone, tile, brick, or a concrete product that appears to
resemble any of these listed materials. Split -face CMU does not qualify.
9. The material legends do not take out square footage of the windows and opening. For
example, the fagade is not 100% stucco if there are windows.
10. Please add the percentage per fagade of each material and color to the legends.
11. Please add the property legal description to the title block.
12. Please submit graphics of the proposed murals. All colors within the murals must be on the
College Station Color Palette.

1. There should be two architectural relief elements on the side drive facade within the
sections that are being altered,
2. The square footage and percentage of metal should be added to the materials legend for
each fagade since the overhang is being calculated as part of the fagade.
3. By adding tile to the side fagades, materials must come into compliance. The front fagade
has 50% without the additions.
4. Please add yellow to the color legend where an awning is being used.
5. There is no tile on the rear fagade as indicated by the material legend.
