Bridges: Gessner Eng ineering has utilized the City of College Station standard details for the proposed Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority House. The six sheets of Bryan-College Station Unified Details can be found at the end of the design documents. These sheets include Drainage, Sewer, Sidewalk, Street, SWPPP, and Water details. Some of these details do not apply to this site and were omitted by placing an 'X' over them per Lindsey Boyer's verbal instructions. Additional details that were not included in the Bryan-College Station Unified Details were necessary for this site, and can be fo und on sheet C7.0 in the design document set. No alternate design or construction methodology was used . I also acknowledge, to the best of my knowledge, that the details provided in the construction plans are in accordance with the Bryan/College Station Standard Details.
