Wellborn Special Utility Di•trict can provide up to 2,500 gallons
per minute fire flow to the referenced property.
Attached ie a Fire Flow Test Report sealed by a Proeessional
Enginee:s:-, Kent M. La2a, stating the flow test and report were
prepared in accordance with NFPA 291.
The flow rate calculated from the flow test ia 1,245 gallons per
minute with a residual pressure of '5 psi. The Pitot reading was
55 psi.

We have studied the fire flow capability of the Wellborn Spacial
Utility Diatrict Water System to aarve the proposed Mik•ska !Cenn•l
at 3227 Rock Prairie Road .
The fire flow test using the 2.S inch orifice on th• fire hydrant
located 3227 Rock Prairie Road resulted in a pitot pressure of 55

We have studied the fire flow capability of the Wellborn Special
Utility District Water System to serve the proposed Mikeska Kennel
at 3227 Rock frairie Road.
The fire flow test using the 2.S inch orifice on the fire hydrant
located at 3227 Rock Prairie Road resulted in a pitot pressure of
SS psi. Using the NFPA 291 Discharge Tables with a coefficient of
discharge of 0.9, the discharge is 1,24S gallons per minute. The
residual pressure was 47 psi. The static pressure was 63 psi. See
attached fire flow test results.
The fire flow capability with a residual pressure of 20 psi is
calculated utilizing the NFPA 291 formula as follows:
