DRB Application Amendment
Matthew,
Per our phone conservation please amend the DRB application that was submitted on 05/13/2009 for the
property located at 114 Holleman regarding the specific variation from the ordinance to read the
following:
To allow the existing mature vegetation and the approximate seventy-five feet drainage easement and
open space on the northeast side of the property to be considered as an alternative to the buffer
requirements of Section 7.6.f.
Please contact me if you have any questions. Thank you for your assistance.

After reviewing the tree survey and site photos you provided, I've determined that you have met
the buffer requirements of the Unified Development Ordinance. As such, your proposal can now be
approved by staff and does not have to go before the Design Review Board for consideration.
Please let me know if there are any questions regarding this matter.
Thank you,
Matthew Hilgemeier
